Abstract: Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) and Infant Mortality Rate (IMR) is an important indicator to assess the level of prosperity of a country and the health status of its people. AKI is one of the targets is still difficult to achieve in Indonesia, where the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) in 2015 is reducing the MMR to 102 / 100,000 live births. From these causes, the MDGs aim to reduce maternal mortality and infant assisted by the activities of other programs, such as through health centers and neighborhood health center to provide immunization, maternal and child health (MCH), health promotion, the vision of Indonesia healthier, and community empowerment.
