Responden yang didapatkan dalam penelitian ini merupakan responden yang mempunyai pengalaman dalam konstruksi bangunan bertingkat dan penggunaan komponen pracetak. Kualifikasi tersebut didapatkan guna kevalidan jawaban yang diberikan oleh para responden. Seperti yang diungkapkan oleh Messah, widodo, dan Adoe (2013) bahwa pengalaman kontraktor berpengaruh dalam penanganan masalah dalam proses pelaksanaan pekerjaan. Kontraktor yang sudah berpengalaman dengan mudah mengatasi permasalahan yang timbul, lain halnya dengan kontraktor yang kurang pengalaman, akan membutuhkan waktu yang lebih banyak.

The respondents obtained in this study is that respondents have experience in construction of multi-storey buildings and the use of prefabricated components. The qualification obtained in order to kevalidan answers given by the respondents. As revealed by Messah, widodo, Adoe (2013) and that the experience in handling the problems of contractors in the process of implementation of the work. Experienced contractors easily overcome the problems that arise, with any other contractors that lack experience, will require more time.

The qualification is obtained to the validity of the answers given by the respondents. Contractors who have experienced easily cope with the problems that arise, another case with a contractor who lacks experience, will require more time.
