 Rapat-rapat manajemen tentang K3LL
Komite Keselamatan Kerja akan melakukan rapat K3LL sekurang-kurangnya sebulan sekali yang diketuai oleh Project Manager. Bila terjadi insiden dalam area proyek, komite keselamatan kerja akan memanggil tim untuk melakukan rapat. Rapat tersebut akan dihadiri oleh tim manajemen, pekerja, dan PERUSAHAAN. Pada rapat ini komite keselamatan kerja harus membentuk tim untuk melakukan penyelidikan tentang insiden yang terjadi, tim ini harus diketuai oleh coordinator K3LL. Catatan investigasi harus diedarkan ke papan pengumuman dan salinannya ke proyek manajemen dan anggota komite keselamatan, para pemasok dan manajemen KONTRAKTOR.

 meetings of management about the HseSafety Committee will conduct Hse meetings at least once a month, chaired by the Project Manager. If there is an incident in the area of the project, the Committee will call for safety team to conduct the meeting. The meeting will be attended by the management team, employees, and the company. At this meeting of the Committee of safety must form a team to conduct an investigation about the incident that took place, the team must be chaired by the coordinator of HSE. Investigative notes should be circulated to the Board and a copy to the project management and safety Committee members, the suppliers and the management contractor.

Committee of Work Safety will conduct a meeting K3LL at least once a month, chaired by the Project Manager. When an incident occurs within the project area, work safety committee would summon teams to conduct meetings. The meeting will be attended by the management team, employees, and ITS. At this meeting the work safety committee should form a team to conduct an investigation on the incident that occurred, this team should be chaired by the coordinator K3LL. Note investigation should be circulated to the board and a copy to a project management and safety committee members, suppliers and management of CONTRACTOR.
