Domisli Hukum

1. Domisili hukum yang digunakan dalam perjanjian ini adalah berdasarkan hukum yang berlaku di Negara Republik Indonesia.
2. Dalam perjanjian ini dengan segala akibatnya, para pihak memilih domisili yang tetap dan umum di Kantor Panitera Pengadilan Negeri di Kota Magelang.
3. Bahasa yang digunakan dalam perjanjian ini adalah Bahasa Indonesia.

Lain – lain

1. Hal-hal yang tidak atau kurang cukup diatur mengenai perjanjian dalam akta ini, para pihak akan menyatakan dan menetapkannya dalam Addendum.
2. Apabila terjadi perbedaan pendapat dalam penafsiran atau pelaksanaan perjanjian ini akan diselesaikan secara musyawarah untuk mufakat sesuai dengan peraturan dan ketentuan yang berlaku.
3. Perubahan terhadap isi akta hanya dapat dilakukan atas kesepakatan Pihak Pertama dan Pihak Kedua.
