Pengembangan karir merupakan hal yang penting bagi seorang guru karena hal ini sangat berpengaruh, setidaknya terhadap kepuasan kerja dan peningkatan penghasilan. Dengan kata lain, jika karir seorang guru meningkat maka tentu saja adanya peningkatan gaji yang ia terima dan tentunya hal ini akan lebih merasa senang dan nyaman bekerja dan tidak cuma hanya peningkatan gaji tetapi juga bisa mengembangkan dan menularkan kreatifitas yang dimiliki guru akan tetapi ketika guru tidak mampu mengembangkan karirnya seakan akan terjebak dalam dunia pengajaran, maksudnya akan ketinggalan dengan guru yang bisa mengembangkan karirnya

Career development is important for a teacher because it is very influential, at least on job satisfaction and increased revenue. in other words,if the career of a teacher increase then of course an increase in salary he received and of course this will be more happy and comfortable working and not just simply increase salaries but also can develop and transmit creativity held by teachers but when the teacher is not able to develop his career as will be trapped in the world of teaching,would mean to miss with teachers who can develop his career
