Analisis SPSS dilakukan dengan menggunakan koefisien reliabilitas cronbach`s alpha. Apabila dilakukan pengujian reliabilitas dengan metode Alpha Cronbach, maka nilai r hitung diwakili oleh nilai alpha. Menurut Santoso (2001;227), apabila alpha hitung lebih besar daripada r tabel dan alpha hitung bernilai positif, maka suatu instrument penelitian dapat disebut reliable.
Alpha diinterpretasikan sebagai koefisien korelasi yang nilainya berkisar antara 0 dan 1. Nilai alpha yang mendekati 1 menunjukkan keandalan yang makin tinggi dari alat ukur yang digunakan dalam penelitian. Dengan demikian makin seragam jawaban yang diberikan oleh responden maka nilai alpha yang dihasilkan maka makin tinggi, demikian pula sebaliknya.
Uji realibitas dilakukan terhadap nilai alpha hasil keluaran (output) proses reliability analysis SPSS yang dapat dilihat pada lampiran. Nilai alpha yang ada terlihat untuk masing-masing faktor. Hasil uji reliabilitas variabel faktor dapat dirangkum seperti pada tabel 4.7
