Analisis varian satu variabel digunakan untuk menentukan rata-rata dua atau lebih kelompok (variabel dependen) berbeda secara nyata. Analisis ini memiliki asumsi bahwa kelompok yang dianalisis memiliki varian yang sama (Trihendradi, 2002). Hipotesis yang digunakan untuk mengetahui perbedaan dua sampel untuk menentukan faktor keputusan metode Just In Time ialah :
a. Ho : Tidak ada perbedaan yang signifikan antara responden telah menerapkan dan belum menerapkan dalam memutuskan penggunaan metode JIT.
b. Hi : Terdapat perbedaan yang signifikan antara responden telah menerapkan dan belum menerapkan dalam memutuskan penggunaan metode JIT.
