Pewarnaan gram merupakan salah satu jenis pewarnaan diferensial yang membagi bakteri ke dalam dua jenis, yaitu bakteri gram positif (berwarna ungu) dan bakteri gram negatif (berwarna merah) dengan tujuan untuk memudahkan identifikasi bakteri pada sampel ikan nila.
