Karakteristik perusahaan yang kedua adalah kepemilikan perusahaan dimana responden bekerja. Gambar 4.4 menunjukkan bahwa kepemilikkan perusahaan dimana responden bekerja adalah sebagian besar masuk ke dalam kategori swasta dengan prosentase yaitu 93 %. Sedangkan 7% sisanya kepemilikkan perusahaan masuk dalam kategori Pemerintah (BUMN).

The characteristics of the second company was ownership of the company in which the respondent worked. Figure 2.7 shows that the kepemilikkan company in which respondents worked is mostly fit into the category of private with a percentage that is 93%. While the remaining 7% of kepemilikkan companies fall into the category of Government (STATE-OWNED).
