Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan berbasis web yang dapat membantu mempermudah proses pelaksanaan pemilihan guru berprestasi. Selain itu sistem pendukung keputusan ini menggunakan metode SAW yang digunakan untuk memberikan alternative perangkingan hasil pemilihan guru berprestasi dari proses perhitungan nilai dari beberapa kriteria pemilihan guru berprestasi, diantaranya portofolio, karya tulis ilmiah, tes tertulis dan wawancara.
Berikut ini perhitungan menggunakan metode SAW yang diterapkan dalam sistem. C1 untuk nilai portofolio,C2 untuk nilai karya tulis ilmiah, C3 untuk nilai tes tertulis dan C4 untuk nilai wawancara. Untuk kriteria penilaian dan bobot kriteria terdapat pada table 1 yang sesuai dengan buku pedoman pemilihan guru berprestasi tahun 2013.

RESEARCH RESULTS The results of this research is a web-based decision support system that can help ease the process of implementing an election guru overachievers. In addition this decision support system using the method of the SAW used to provide alternative perangkingan election results teacher achievers from the process of calculation of the value of some of the selection criteria, such as an accomplished teacher portfolio, scientific papers, written tests and interviews. The following calculation method using SAW that applied in the system. C1, C2 portfolio for value to the value of a scientific paper, the written test for a value of C3 and C4 for the value of the interview. For the assessment criteria and weighting criteria in table 1 corresponding to the manual selection of teacher achievers by 2013.

RESULTS
The results of this study is a web-based decision support system that can help simplify the process of election outstanding teachers. In addition, this decision support system using SAW method which is used to provide an alternative ranking the results of the election outstanding teachers of the calculation of the value of some outstanding teachers selection criteria, including portfolios, scientific papers, written test and interview.
Here is the calculation method applied SAW in the system. C1 to the value of the portfolio, C2 to the value of scientific papers, C3 to C4 value for the written test and interview score. For the assessment criteria and weighting the criteria contained in Table 1 in accordance with the manual election outstanding teachers in 2013.
