Sebagai pribadi, memang kerjasama yang dijalinnya hanya untuk mencapai tujuan saja, tidak bersifat personal. Kepemimpinannya juga masih lemah. Ia masih sulit membuat dan mengambil keputusan dalam situasi konflik yang ada. Namun, ia memiliki emosi yang terkendali dan dapat membaur serta bergaul dilingkungannya secara baik. Dalam hal ini ia sudah memiliki pemahaman pada aturan dan norma yang berlaku. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
