Sebagai pribadi, ia dapat membaur dan bergaul dengan lingkungannya, termasuk pula bekerjasama dalam tim untuk mencapai tujuan yang diinginkan. Memang dalam hal ini sisi kepemimpinannya perlu ditingkatkan dan diasah dengan ia menghadapi beberapa permasalahan diproses kerjanya, agar kelak ia terampil dalam membuat dan mengambil keputusan. Ia juga mampu mengelola emosinya dengan baik. Ia bukan orang yang mudah terpancing dengan situasi yang menekan. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
