Nagreg, sebuah kecamatan di Kabupat

Nagreg, sebuah kecamatan di Kabupaten Bandung yang terdiri atas delapan desa. Nagreg terletak di sebelah timur Bandung dan berbatasan langsung dengan Kabupaten Garut. Asal kata nagreg berawal pada tahun 1930 terdapat kabar bahwa akan dilakukan pertukaran wilayah ciaro yang termasuk ke dalam kabupaten bandung dengan salah satu wilayah di garut bagian selatan. Kemudian diadakan sebuah musyawarah antara menak bandung dan masyarakat ciaro, pada saat itu masyarakat diperintahkan untuk memilih bergabung dengan bandung atau garut. Para menak bandung dan masyarakat pun berkumpul di sepanjang jalan. Berkumpul disini dalam bahasa sunda disebut ngaregreg dan pada akhirnya menjadi nagreg.
