Dari sisi pribadi ia cukup terbuka untuk melakukan kontak sosial dan menjalin hubungan kerjasama yang baik dengan orang lain. Ia mau berusaha untuk bisa beradaptasi dan menyesuaikan dirinya dengan orang lain. Ia memiliki emosi yang tergolong cukup stabil dan mampu mengendalikan diri saat menghadapi situasi yang dapat memancing emosinya. Dengan demikian dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa yang bersangkutan disarankan untuk diterima sebagai karyawan GHPJB.
