Aku hanya mencoba menjelaskan tentang peraturan pembelian apartemen.
Di indonesia ada HGB yaitu masa berlaku apartemen. Biasanya sekitar 25-30 tahun. Dan jika sudah melewati tahun tersebut, kita tidak mempunyai hak apapun terhadap apartemen itu.
Dan jika sudah habis 25-30 tahun, kita bisa memperpanjang.
Artinya, apartemen hanya kita miliki selama 25-30 tahun.
Bukan seumur hidup
