nomophobia atau no mobile phone phobia adalah jenis fobia yang ditandai ketakutan berlebihan ketika tidak bisa menggunakan telepon seluler. ciri-ciri nomophobia yaitu: 1. mempunyai handphone lebih dari satu. 2. selalu membawa powerbank dan charger kemana pun mereka pergi. 3. cemas bila selama kurang lebih satu jam tidak membawa handphone (khususnya untuk kontak dalam media sosial) sehingga jam tidur terganggu. 4. relasi sosial terganggu (saat berkumpul dengan teman atau keluarganya lebih nyaman bermain dengan aneka fitur handphone)
