Pada tengah malam, para Kurawa yang mengira Pandawa telah tidur mulai membakar pesanggrahan, sebelumnya Arjuna memperbolehkan enam orang pengemis untuk tidur dan makan di dalam pesanggrahan karena merasa kasihan. Namun Adik dari Prabu Arimba bukannya benci tetapi malah menaruh hati pada Werkudara, sebelum mati Prabu Arimba menitipkan adiknya Dewi Arimbi kepada Werkudara Karena Arimbi adalah seorang rakseksi, maka Werkudara menolak cintanya.
