sudah beberapa minggu yg lalu saya

sudah beberapa minggu yg lalu saya mengajukan permohonan jadi member dan sudah ada konfirmasi dari pihak smtj tapi sampai sekarang belum saya terima selembar pun formulir pendaftaran nya...?? apakah ini memang legal atau resmi?? atau cara kerjanya seperti jepang atau indonesia??
