Dari pembahasan diatas dapat disimpulkan bahwa saat ini masyarakat cenderung memilih untuk menggunakan kendaraan pribadi dibanding transportasi umum. Hal ini disebabkan oleh beberapa faktor seperti faktor ekseternalnya dan faktor internal. Faktor eksternal yaitu fasilitas transportasi umum yang kurang memadai, dan keadaan kendaraannya yang kotor. Sedangkan faktor internal yaitu pola pikir masyarakat yang terlalu mementingkan gengsi. Maka dari itu untuk membuat masyarakat tertarik menggunakan transportasi umum pemerintah melakukan beberapa upaya seperti menjaga pemeliharaan transportasi umum sehingga masyarakat merasa nyaman.

From the discussion above it can be concluded that today people tend to opt for the use of private vehicles over public transport. It is caused by several factors such as ekseternalnya factors and internal factors. External factors that public transport facilities are inadequate, and the filthy state of the vehicle. While the internal factors are the mindset of people who are too concerned with prestige. Therefore to make people interested in using public transportation the government made some efforts such as keeping public transportation maintenance so that people feel comfortable.
