Solusi PermasalahanSolusi yang pertama yaitu dengan penyediaan Bus Kampus, hal tersebut akan mengurangi penggunaan kendaraan pribadi bagi para mahasiswa. Dengan adanya bus kampus tersebut tentu akan memudahkan mahasiswa pulang-pergi kampus. Selain itu, bus kampus juga mengurangi penggunaan lahan parkir yang berlebih bagi kendaraan mahasiswa dan mengurangi pembangunan lahan parkir yang baru. Beberapa Perguruan Tinggi yang sudah menerapkan penggunaan bus kampus adalah Universitas Airlangga, Universitas Brawijaya, dan lain-lain. Solusi yang kedua adalah dengan memperbaiki sarana dan prasarana bagi pejalan kaki. Serta menyediakan Jalur pedestrian yang dibangun mengelilingi kampus. Fasilitas untuk pejalan kaki ini juga dilengkapi ram untuk penyandang difabel. Tetapi permasalahn yang terjadi di Universitas Jember, banyak mahasiswa yang enggan berjalan kaki ke kampus akibat trotoar bagi pejalan kaki yang kurang nyaman, banyak trotoar yang rusak dan berlubang. Maka dari itu banyak mahasiswa lebih memilih menggunakan kendaraan pribadi atau menggunakan jasa ojek online untuk menuju ke kampus.

The second solution is to improve the facilities and infrastructure for pedestrians. As well as providing pedestrian Line built around the campus. But permasalahn that occurred at the University of Jember, many students are reluctant to walk to campus due to pedestrian walkways are less comfortable, lots of broken pavement and potholes. Therefore many students prefer to use private vehicles or use the services of online motorcycle taxi to go to college.
