Dalam skripsi ini penulis akan menyampaikan dan menjelaskan bagaimana cerita novel Dracula, penulis akan membahas cerita tersebut dari segi karakter dan tema yang muncul. Skripsi ini berjudul " An Analysis The Relations between Main Characters and The Theme In The Novel Dracula by Bram Stoker".

skripsi ini membahas mengenai karakter siapa saja yang muncul dalam novel Dracula, lalu menganalisis berbagai macam karakter yang ada di novel tersebut. selain karakter, cerita novel juga di analisis sehingga mendapatkan tema dari cerita tersebut. Semua karakter dan tema di novel Dracula saling berhubungan dengan menarik sehingga membuat pembaca penasaran dengan cerita novel tersebut.

Tujuan dilakukannya sebuah penelitian terhadap novel Dracula yaitu untuk menganalisis unsur intrinsik main karakter dan tema yang ada di novel tersebut. Penulis ingin menganalisis karakter yang muncul di dalam novel Dracula, menjelaskan bagaimana karakter-karakter itu berperan. Setelah menganalisis karakter, penulis juga ingin mengetahui tema, dan hubungan yang terjadi antara karakter dan tema tersebut.

Untuk mendapatkan semua data yang diperlukan dalam menganalisis novel tersebut, penulis mencari data dari berbagai sumber seperti buku dan website. Penulis menggunakan metode strukturalisasi yang mengacu pada penelitian deskriptive.

setelah penulis berhasil mengumpulkan data dan menganalisis novel tersebut, penulis mengetahui semua karakter dan tema yang ada di novel Dracula. Terdapat karakter protagonis dan antagonis dalam novel Dracula tersebut, lalu tema dari novel tersebut yaitu mengenai pembunuhan Dracula, dan dari analisis karakter juga tema tersebut, terdapat hubungan yang menarik dan sinkron. Penulis berharap skripsi ini berguna bagi pembaca dan membuat pembaca tertarik untuk membaca novel Dracula yang sangat menarik.
