Kurangnya pengelolaan komponen pracetak di lokasi proyek mengakibatkan produktivitas menurun. Penggunaan metode Just In Time pada proyek konstruksi mampu mengurangi biaya produksi, peningkatan kualitas, dan peningkatan produktivitas. Namun tidak semua perusahaan konstruksi menerapkan Just In Time pada proyek konstruksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor yang mempengaruhi keputusan penggunaan metode Just In Time untuk komponen pracetak pada perusahaan konstruksi Kota Surabaya. Kuesioner digunakan sebagai alat untuk pengumpulan data. Data hasil kuisioner dikumpulkan dan diolah untuk dianalisa mengunakan analisa Relatif Importance Index dan confidence interval. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan perusahaan konstruksi di Kota Surabaya telah mengetahui dan memahami namun mereka masih belum menerapkan. Project manajer berpendapat Faktor yang perlu diperhatikan mendukung keputusan penggunaan metode JIT untuk komponen pracetak ialah kondisi perencanaan dan komunikasi seperti faktor penyederhanaan proses kerja, serta yang mampu menghambat keputusan ialah buruknya perencanaan dan komunikasi seperti ketidaksiapan peralatan yang tepat waktu.
