saya harapan KLY kedepannya bisa menghargai karyawan dengan memberikan penghargaan berupa bonus jika mereka mencapai sesuatu. tidak harus penghargaan besar, kecil namun berarti itu lebih baik daripada tidak. saya merasa penghargaan ini penting untuk bisa meningkatkan semangat kerja bagi setiap karyawan.
