Oleh karena itu perusahaan melakukan pengurangan atas gaji karyawannya sebesar 10%, tetapi apabila karyawan melakukan kerja yang bagus akan mendapatkan bonus sebesar 20%. Tetapi secara keseluruhan pemotongan gaji tersebut merugikan sebagian besar karyawan karena karyawan yang kinerjanya tidak terlalu bagus dipotong gajinya.
