Maka dari itu kadar total protein dan asam amino pada tahu dapat dianalisis menggunakan metode Kjeldahl, sedangkan untuk penentuan kadar total proteinnya saja dapat menggunakan metode PER (Protein Efficiency Ratio) dan penentuan kadar asam aminonya saja dapat dianalisis menggunakan HPLC (High Performance Liquid Chromatography).
