Nowadays more and more types of food that are around us. It affects our bodies including health in children. Children are still vulnerable condition causes them susceptible to the disorder. Therefore, we need to know the characteristics of children who are healthy and not healthy.
A healthy child usually has physical characteristics: grow well, which can be seen from the increase in weight and height regularly and proportionally, the eye clean and shining, lips and tongue looked fresh, odorless respiratory, skin and hair looks clean and dry, odorless and breathing. They are often fed a diet nutritionally balanced meals so that their physical condition is also good.
