Increasing employee turnover from a few years earlier and the development of the healthcare industry that intensified the last few years, then the company must have the right strategy to retain its best employees. The purpose of this research is to know the influence of employee empowerment, work environment and compensation to increased job satisfaction and decrease of turnover intention in hospital Jakarta Eye Center. Method of the determination of the sampling done by the method of purposive sampling with a respondent number as many as 110 people respondents. Hypothesis testing research by using Structural Equation analsisi Modeing (SEM). Research results show that empowerment of employees, work environment and compensation did not affect the increase in job satisfaction, employee empowerment and work environment has no effect against a decrease in turnover intention, while compensation and job satisfaction to decrease turnover intention. From this research it is recommended that Hospitals Jakarta Eye Center can develop a compensation system is good and can compete with similar competitors so as to discourage out of current programmes, creating job satisfaction meningkatakan loyalty can work and lose the desire to get out of the employees.
