Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Desa lokoboko kecamatan Ndona kabupaten Ende. Penelitian ini menggunakan rancangan acak kelompok (RAK) dengan pola faktor tunggal yang terdiri dari lima perlakuan dan empat ulangan yaitu M0: 0 gr pot-1 atau mikoriza, M5: 5 gr pot--1 mikoriza. M10: 10gr pot-1. Penelitian ini adalah serapan P tanaman (mg tan-1).

This research was carried out in the village of lokoboko sub-district of Ende Regency Ndona. This study used a randomized design group (RAK) and a single factor pattern consists of five treatments and four replicates i.e. M0:0 gr or 1 pot-mycorrhiza, M5:5 gr 1-pot-mycorrhiza. M10:10gr pot-1. This research is P uptake of plants (mg tan-1).
