Makalah ini menggarisbawahi mengenai peranan Project Management dalam Implementasi ISO (atau sertifikasi standardisasi manajemen lainnya). Dari sampel yang diteliti menunjukkan pemahaman mengenai Project Management merupakan hal vital untuk dikuasai oleh seoarang Quality Manager atau person in charge yang bertanggung jawab di internal Perusahaan.

Usulan memakai Konsultan Manajemen ISO menjadi salah satu opsi yang dapat diambil ketika sumber daya internal tidak memenuhi kualifikasi atau memiliki kapasitas dalam melakukan implementasi. Dengan memberikan pekerjaan tersebut kepada Konsultan Manajemen ISO, maka akan ada fokus tersendiri untuk mengelola implementasi tersebut di dalam Perusahaan, sekalipun dalam praktek nya tentu hal-hal teknis operasional di lapangan tetap membutuhkan peran serta SDM internal Perusahaan.

This paper highlights regarding the role of Project Management in implementation of ISO (or other management standardization of certification). From the samples examined showed an understanding of Project Management are vital for a Quality controlled by the Manager or person in charge who is responsible in the internal company.The proposed ISO Management Consultants wear became one of the options that can be taken when internal resources do not qualify or have the capacity to do the implementation. By giving the job to the ISO management consultant, then there will be a separate focus to managing the implementation in the company, though in practice its certainly technical operational matters in the field still need the role of the internal HUMAN RESOURCES company.

By giving the job to the ISO Management Consultant, then there will be a focus of its own to manage the implementation within the Company, although in practice it certainly matters in the field of technical operations still require the participation of the Company's internal human resources.
