Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen dengan membuat bioethanol berbahan baku limbah kulit nanas, kulit pisang,jerami padi, ongkok, ampas kelapa muda segar, ampas tebu, dan biji buah alpukat. Proses ini terdiri dari tiga tahapan, yaitu tahap persiapan, tahap fermentasi dan tahap distilasi. Untuk dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai bahan bakar kadar bioethanol harus diatas 90%. Hasil dari penelitian ini didapatkan perbandingan yang optimal yaitu antara waktu fermentasi, banyak ragi yang dipakai dan banyak bioetanol yang dihasilkan.

This research is a research experiment by making bioethanol made from leather waste raw pineapple, banana peels, rice straw, ongkok, fresh young coconut husks, sugar cane husks, avocado fruit and seeds. This process consists of three stages, namely the preparatory stage, the stage of fermentation and distillation stages. To be utilized as fuel bioethanol levels should be above 90%. The results of this research obtained optimal comparison between the time of fermentation, the yeast that is used a lot and lot of bioetanol produced.

This research is an experiment by creating bioethanol made from waste leather pineapple, banana peels, rice straw, ongkok, fresh young coconut pulp, bagasse and avocado seeds. The process consists of three stages, namely the preparatory stage, the stage of fermentation and distillation stages. To be used as fuel grade bioethanol should be above 90%. The results of this study found that the optimal ratio between the time of fermentation, the yeast used lots and lots of bioethanol produced.
