Analisa data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan terhadap data primer dan data sekunder. Berdasarkan data sekunder yang didapatkan tentang kondisi eksiting Jaringan Irigasi Maneunteung Barat dan Jaringan Irigasi Maneunteung Timur, akan dianalisa secara deskriptif untuk memberikan Gambaran kondisi Daerah irigasi Cikeusik (Sub Daerah irigasi Maneunteung Barat dan Sub Daerah irigasi Maneunteung Timur). Sedangkan analisa data primer yang dilakukan adalah analisis faktor konfirmatori. Analisis ini digunakan untuk menguji konstruk (construct) atau variabel laten yang tidak dapat diukur secara langsung dan tujuan analisis faktor konfirmatori adalah untuk mengkonfirmasikan atau menguji model, yaitu model pengukuran yang perumusannya berasal dari teori.
Apabila model konfirmatori analisis yang dihipotesiskan sudah memenuhi kriteria kecocokan, maka dilakukan pembahasan aspek-aspek kinerja sistem irigasi. Analisa data primer dilakukan terhadap hasil penyebaran kuesioner. Dalam penelitian ini pengolahan data untuk analisis faktor konfirmatori ini menggunakan software Statistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) AMOS (Analisis of Moment Structures) yang digunakan sebagai pendekatan umum analisis data dalam Model Persamaan Struktural (Structural Equation Model) atau yang dikenal dengan SEM. Dengan menggunakan Amos maka perhitungan rumit dalam SEM akan jauh lebih mudah dilakukan dibandingkan dengan menggunakan perangkat lunak lainnya. AMOS ini cocok digunakan untuk analisis ini karena dapat menganalisa dalam menguji hipotesis tentang hubungan antara variabel terukur (observasi) dan variabel latent.
