Obyek pembahasan keputusan Just In Time pada penelitian ini adalah penggunaan komponen pracetak yang lokasi pembuatan di dua lokasi berbeda. Untuk penggunaan komponen pracetak pabrik ditinjau mulai dari segi kesiapan project manajer untuk pemesanan, pengiriman, dan pemasangan di lokasi proyek. Sedangkan untuk precast cast in situ ditinjau mulai dari segi pengadaan material, produksi komponen hingga pemasangan di lokasi proyek.

Decision discussion object Just In Time in this research is the use of prefabricated components to the manufacturing location in two different locations.
