Setelah dilakukan analisa data maka diperoleh 4 (empat) faktor pendukung serta 3 (tiga) faktor penghambat. Faktor-faktor tersebut mempengaruhi keputusan Just In Time untuk penggunaan komponen pracetak pada perusahaan konstruksi Kota Surabaya.
