3.3.6 Uji Pertumbuhan Kacang Hijau (Vigna radiata) dan Padi (Oriza sativa)
Biji kacang hijau dan padi disemaikan dalam polibag yang berbeda. Hari ke-10, dipilih 1 tanaman yang memiliki ukuran yang hampir sama. Penyemprotan larutan ekstrak sebanyak 5 ml diberikan pada hari ke-10 dan hari ke-20. Penyemprotan dilakukan pada tajuk gulma. Pengamatan dihentikan pada hari ke-30. Parameter Pengamatan Pertumbuhan Parameter pertumbuhan yang diamati meliputi tinggi tanaman (cm), panjang akar (cm), berat basah (gram) serta berat kering (gram). Pengukuran dilakukan pada akhir pengamatan.

Measurements were taken at the end of the observation.
