ICT adalah tempat para mahasiswa untuk menggunakan fasilitas internet, tapi ict di umm memiliki banyak kekurangan, di antaranya adalah lamanya connect wifinya lama dan kurangnya meja tempat duduk, ada ribuan mahasiswa di umm akan tetapi ict tidak memadahi. Selain itu kebersihan di ict juga perlu di perhatikan, kadang kala mahasiswa yang datang ke ict membawa makanan ringan yang nantinya setelah makan bungkusnya di tinggal di meja, tidak di buang di tempat sampah.
