With a case like this, we finally took the step with the SC parties do DAP specifically because the user insisted to replace the unit. Any SC parties confirmed on the user that the unit was to be taken and the user is expected to bring the completeness of the unit. When completed the acceptance of new units, the user feel delighted and helped and we apologise to users for any inconvenience experienced. A few days later SC gets a complaint from Customer Service regarding customer dissatisfaction against the service to the user. SC gives an explanation to the CS actually happening in SC about such cases.
