Project Management dalam Implementasi ISO 9001 dipakai dalam semua sektor industri yang menjadi sampel dalam penelitian ini. Meskipun terdapat perbedaan metode perencanaan yang dipakai serta waktu implementasi yang sangat bervariasi. Secara rata-rata Implementasi ISO 9001 memerlukan waktu selama 18 bulan dan maksimal 48 bulan, meskipun ada 3 organisasi yang mengimplementasikan ISO 9001 selama 6 bulan. Ketika ditanya persepsi dari partisipan mengenai rencana vs aktual implemetasi ISO 9001, 40% lebih menjawab sesuai waktu yang direncanakan serta lebih dari 35% yang menjawab lebih dari waktu yang direncanakan.

Project Management in implementation of ISO 9001 in all sectors of the industry are being sampled in this study. Although there are different methods used as well as planning time implementations vary greatly. On average the ISO 9001 Implementation require time for 18 months and a maximum of 48 months, although there are three organizations that implement the ISO 9001 for 6 months. When asked about the perception of the participants plan vs. actual implemetasi ISO 9001, 40% more time answering that is planned and more than 35% who answered more than the planned time.
