Hasil praktikum yang diperoleh menunjukkan bahwa sampel ikan nila segar dan ikan nila beku mempunyai total mikroba (log CFU/g) yang berbeda-beda pada Tabel 1.

Practical results obtained show that the samples of fresh tilapia fish and frozen tilapia fish had total microbial (log CFU/g) which vary in table 1.
