Mengikuti fatwa-fatwa DSN-MUI.
Mengawasi kegiatan usaha Bursa dalam Pasar Komoditi Syariah agar tidak menyimpang dari ketentuan dan prinsip syariah yang telah difatwakan oleh DSN-MUI.
Melaporkan kegiatan usaha dan perkembangan Bursa dalam Pasar Komoditi Syariah yang diawasinya secara rutin kepada DSN-MUI dan ditembuskan kepada Bappebti sekurang-kurangnya 2 (dua) kali dalam satu tahun.
Menjaga kerahasiaan data Peserta Pasar Komoditi Syariah dan seluruh aktivitas Pasar Komoditi Syariah, kecuali kepada pihak-pihak yang secara hukum berwenang mengetahui informasi rahasia tersebut.
