Berdasarkan survei PERC, Indonesia menempati posisi tiga terbawah negara Asia dalam menerapkan corporate governance di Asia. Pengelolaan perusahaan di Indonesia lebih buruk dari negara Asia Tenggara lainnya, seperti Singapura, Malaysia, Filipina, dan Thailand. Namun yang mengherankan, posisi Indonesia lebih baik dari Korea.

Based on the PERC survey, Indonesia occupy the bottom three Asian countries in implementing corporate governance in Asia. Management companies in Indonesia is worse than other Southeast Asian countries, such as Singapore, Malaysia, the Philippines, and Thailand. But surprisingly, Indonesia's position is better than Korea.
