Responden dalam penelitian ini adal

Responden dalam penelitian ini adalah seorang manajer proyek atau pimpinan proyek dalam perusahaan konstruksi Kota Surabaya yang tergabung dalam Gapensi. Hal yang perlu di diskripsikan tentang responden dalam penelitian ini adalah masa kerja pada perusahaan tersebut, lama pengalaman di bidang proyek konstruksi, dan jabatan responden. Dengan mengetahui masa kerja pada perusahaan tersebut dan lama pengalaman di bidang proyek konstruksi maka akan membantu responden dalam proses analisa. Semakin lama masa kerja dan pengalaman responden, tentunya semakin faham tentang penggunaan komponen pracetak pada proyek konstruksi. Jumlah responden dalam penelitian ini adalah 30 responden. Responden tersebut terdiri dari 15 responden dari perusahaan kelas menengah dan 15 responden dari perusahaan kelas atas. Deskripsi masa kerja pada perusahaan tersebut, dan lama pengalaman di bidang proyek konstruksi dibedakan menjadi 3 kategori yaitu yang telah bekerja / berpengalaman dalam waktu kurang dari 10 tahun, 10-20 tahun, dan lebih dari 20 tahun.

The respondents in this study is a project manager or project leader in a construction company incorporated in Surabaya, Gapensi. It needs to be in diskripsikan of respondents in this research is the work on these companies, long experience in the field of construction projects, and the Office of the respondent. By knowing the working period at the company and long experience in the field of construction project then would help respondents in the analysis process. The longer the working time and the experience of respondents, of course the more pragmatism about the use of prefabricated components on a construction project. The number of respondents in this study were 30 respondents. The respondents consisted of 15 respondents from a middle-class company and 15 respondents from top class company. Description of the working period at the company, and long experience in the field of construction projects are distinguished into three categories namely has worked/experienced in less than 10 years, 10-20 years, and more than 20 years.

Things need to be in diskripsikan of respondents in this study is tenure at the company, long experience in the field of construction projects, and the positions of respondents. By knowing tenure in the company and long experience in the field of construction, the project will assist the respondent in the analysis process. The longer working lives and experiences of respondents, of course, the ideology of the use of precast components in construction projects. The number of respondents in this study were 30 respondents. The respondents consisted of 15 respondents from middle-class companies and 15 respondents from top-class company. Description tenure at the company, and long experience in the field of construction project is divided into three categories, namely who have worked / are experienced in less than 10 years, 10-20 years and over 20 years.
