Based on the results of the processing and analysis of data that have been discussed in the previous chapter, then the researcher get the conclusions to answer the problem of research. The conclusion that can be drawn from this research is the empowerment of employees, work environment and compensation has no effect on job satisfaction, employee empowerment, meaningful work environment and compensation can not increase employee job satisfaction in RS. Jakarta Eye CenterEmpowerment of employees and work environment has no effect on the decrease in turnover intention, although pemberdayaaan employees and the work environment increase the variable still will have no impact to the decline of a sense of wanting to get out (turnover intention) of an employee. This is because the average age of the employees of the hospital Jakarta Eye Center (based on demographic data) are at the age of 20 to 30 years or age we call productive person. And at age belonging to the category of generation Y (people born after 1980th) where this generation is the generation that thirst with the challenges of work, a generation that is not loyal to the company, the generation which has high mobility and genarasi they need a work environment in which they are free to expression at a time full of challenges. The thing that one of the reasons why empowerment and work environment has no effect against a decrease in turnover intention.
