Jakarta, Jia Xiang - Undang-undang lalu lintas yang berlaku sekarang ini tidak hanya dilakukan kepolisian saja. Seharusnya Dinas Perhubungan (Dishub) mempunyai wewenang untuk menilang pengendara yang melanggar aturan. Kecuali kecelakaan atau pencurian, karena itu di luar tanggung jawab Dishub.

" Saya kira pelanggaran lalu lintas akan terus berulang kalau tidak ada penegakkan hukum, seharusnya UU lalin itu, memberikan wewenang juga (menilang) kepada Dishub," ujar Basuki Tjahaja Purnama di Balai Kota, Jakarta Pusat, Kamis (20/2/14)
