I know you are busy with more important things.Let me tell you a little problem that I experienced in the 1-1 project that just started yesterday.I have a 1-1 project, there before starting the project, me and the client has agreed to do 4 sets of design drafts so that he can choose which approaches works and will continue to be revised, etc., and if 4 sets of drafts fails to meet the expectation, he can do a refund.but the client has broken the agreement made, the first draft that I submitted didn't match his wishes, and he wanted already a refund. while our agreement is for 4 sets of design drafts to decide to continue the project or not.most of these conversations with the client about this project are in the personal messages of my 99d account and the client.I thought this maybe my worst 1-1 project because this was the first time a client asked for a refund at the beginning before making a project. I feel like maybe he's fishing for concepts.in my process of working because the funds have been secured, the client always asks for a design update, even though it hasn't been 1 day, and this is a packaging project. I need to do research and drafting to get the best results, but he always keeps asking.I submitted the first draft with a simple form because he wanted to ask for a quick look, because I thought if there was something he liked we could do something revisions. for example, (changing colors, changing positions, adding elements, etc.) and I would do that, but even if nothing matches, I will send the next draft which I am still working on. As I upload the first draft, I continue to work on the second draft, etc. so that I can focus more while studying the briefs that he provides so that he approaches what he wants, even though I will continue to work on this project.Now the client is asking me to refund. I have made another draft which turned out to be wasting my time.I beg the 99d staff to resolve this problem.
