Ruwatan lembur dan perang tomat tidak hanya merupakan acara bagi masyarakat Cikareumbi saja, dalam Ruwatan lembur ini peran dari berbagai pihak terlihat khususnya pada pelaksanaan tahun ini. Tidak hanya dari intern masyarakat dan karang taruna masyarakat saja tetapi ada peran dari ekstern masyarakat Cikareumbi yaitu stakeholder khususnya Kementrian Pariwisata, Pemerintah Bandung Barat, dan budayawan. Setiap pihak mempunyai peranan tersendiri yang menjadikan acara ruwatan lembur ini terlaksana dengan meriah.
