Kepuasan tenaga kependidikan dalam penelitian ini diukur dalam enam komponen penilaian yaitu komponen kesesuaian profesi kerja, komponen kapabilitas pimpinan, komponen penghargaan atau kesejahteraan, komponen teknologi sistem informasi, komponen suasana kerja dan komponen fasilitas pendukung. Terdapat empat komponen penilaian untuk mengetahui tingkat kepuasan dosen yaitu komponen pengembangan kompetensi, komponen pengembangan karir, komponen penghargaan/kesejahteraan dan komponen fasilitas pendukung. Penelitian ini juga menambahkan indikator tingkat database terintegrasi, pelayanan perpustakaan basis IT dan open akses serta peningkatan manajemen IT.

Results (English) 1:

The satisfaction of produce educators in this study measured in six assessment component that is a component of the suitability of the profession work, leadership capability components, components, components of well-being or appreciation of the technology information system, the working atmosphere of the components and the components of the support facilities. There are four components of the assessment to find out the level of satisfaction of competence development components i.e. Lecturer, career development component, a component of the award/welfare and support facilities. The study also adds a level indicator integrated database, services IT base library and open access as well as the improvement of the management of IT.

Results (English) 2:

Satisfaction educators in this study was measured in six components, namely components conformity assessment work profession, leadership capability components, component or welfare award, the components of information technology systems, components and component work atmosphere supporting facilities. There are four components of the assessment to determine the level of satisfaction of the lecturers, namely components competency development, career development component, the component rewards / benefits and components supporting facilities. This study also adds a level indicator integrated database, library services and open access IT base and increase IT management.
