TLC silica gel 60 GF254 diimpregnasi paraffin using a 10% (v/v) in diethyl ether. Some variations of the optimized motion phase refers to a mixture of ethanol: water (70:30 v/v) + 5% glacial acetic acid + 1% ammonia 37%. The best chromatography parameters obtained from the separation of motion phase using a mixture of ethanol: water (95:5 v/v) + 5% glacial acetic acid + 1% dietilamin. This motion also gives the phase separation of the third best for compounds with Rs > 1 and α > 1. The license plate is scanned at a wavelength of 335 nm for analysis of rifampin and 275 nm for analysis of isoniazid and pirazinamida using KLTspektrofotodensitometer. Methods examined can be used as a reference for the separation of rifampin, isoniazid, and pirazinamida on sample drugs or biological samples.
