I want to use the attached image as a base. Enhance it and make changes where needed to make it more classy. The scissors form an 'L' to represent the latitude and longitude of the town (such as directional points on a compass). Include the nautical theme some; keep it minimal and feminine. I would like the scissors to blend in and not stand out so obvious. Also, the example of the attached scissors are more basic than I prefer. If possible, I would like a fancier version of scissors.
