-Pemkot Tangerang Selatan (Tangsel) melalui Dinas Sosial Tenaga Kerja dan Transmigrasi (Dinsosnakertrans) berhasil menjaring lebih dari 6.012 pengangguran untuk disalurkan ke puluhan perusahaan.

Sementara diperkirakan, ribuan masyarakat lainnya, akan disalurkan ke berbagai macam pekerjaan pada tahun ini. Kepala Dinsosnakertrans Purnama Wijaya mengatakan, penjaringan tersebut berhasil dilakukan pada saat pelaksaan job fair ditahun 2013, di Pamulang Kota Tangsel.

"Saat itu kami bekerjasama dengan 40 perusahaan terkemuka. Pelaksaan Job Fairselama 3 hari, berhasil menjaring 6.012 pengangguran di Kota Tangsel," tuturnya, Selasa (8/4).

Melihat antusias warga peserta Job Fair, Dinsosnakertrans berencana akan melaksanakan program serupa ditahun ini. Sebab, secara statistik, pelaksaan Job Fairjuga termasuk cara untuk mennggulangi angka pengangguran yang ada di Kota Tangsel.

Selain pelaksanaan Job Fair, ternyata ada pula cara Dinsosnakertrans untuk memperkecil angka pengangguran, yakni dengan bekerjasama dengan perusahaan penyalur tenaga kerja ke luar negeri. Kali ini, bukan sebagai pembantu rumah tangga atau buruh biasa, melainkan sebagai tenaga ahli.

"Bukan sebagai TKI atau TKW biasa, tapi sebagai tenaga profesional. Kami bekerjasama dengan perusahaan penyalur tenaga kerjanya, kami Dinsosnakertrans yang melatih hingga memiliki skill yang baik, baru perusahaan tersebut yang mengirimkan," jelas Purnama.

Selain fokus pada pemerataan dan mengurangi angka pengangguran, pada tahun 2014 ini, Dinsosnakertrans juga fokus pada pengentasan angka kemiskinan. Dikatakan Purnama, pengentasan kemiskinan tersebut melalui program Bina Kemiskinan, yang akan diatur melalui Peraturan Walikota (Perwal) Tangsel.

Dalam program tersebut, terdapat 14.959 warga miskin dari tujuh kecamatan di Kota Tangsel yang akan diberika bantuan. Angka tersebut berasal dari Kecamatan Ciputat 3.134, Ciputat Timur 1.905, Pamulang 3.444, Pondok Aren 3.197, Serpong Utara 1.285, serta Setu 1.994 warga miskin yang direncanakan menerima Bina Kemeskinan.

"Tapi jumlah tersebut masih akan diverifikasi ulang, bisa saja berkurang. Misalnya, ada yang meninggal atau pindah, tapi tidak melapor. Sebab angka tersebut didapatkan dari data kecamatan setempat, yang diperoleh dari lurahnya," ungkap Purnama.

Sesuai dengan Perwalnya, warga tak mampu yang masuk pada program Bina Kemiskinan, akan menerima Rp 1 juta per kepala keluarga. Bantuan tersebut rencananya akan diberikan selepas pemilu legislatif dan presiden. Sehingga, tak ada dugaan money politic yang dikhawatirkan pada saat pelaksanan pesta demokrasi itu. "Rencananya Juli akan diberikan," ucap Purnama.
