Untuk menghadapi persaingan ini rumah sakit harus stategi yang tepat selain harus memiliki teknologi yang mutakhir, Rumah sakit juga harus memiliki Sumber Daya Manusia yang berkualitas. Dan pada akhir-akhir ini menemukan karyawan yang berkualitas itu tidaklah mudah, apalagi untuk karyawan-karyawan yang fungsinya dibidang kesehatan. Maka dari itu perusahaan harus membuat strategi-strategi bagaimana memuaskan karyawan sehingga para karyawan ini tidak berfikir atau berkeinginan untuk pindah dari perusahaan sekarang ke perusahaan lain.
